That's my way of telling you I won't get to post any immediate reaction to Game 5 between the Celtics and Lakers. So consider this your open thread to post your thoughts on what we hope will be a series clinching victory or to complain about a loss which prolonged the inevitable celebration. I'll share my thoughts on Game 5 and the series in my next column/post.

Any reactions by now Teddy? The game was such a heartbreaking clincher it would be nice to see something about the Green here today? C'mon this "sports" blog needs a kickstart!
I thought Pierce played his heart out and it would have been helpful if KG was present. Why is this guy the face of the NBA? Can we airbrush him out and add in Pierce's face. My hope for Game 6 is Perkins and Rondo in the start up. Beat LA!
