Cleveland led by as much as six points in the quarter thank in part to a miserable offensive half from the Celtics.

Cavaliers center Zydrunas Ilgauskas had eight points in the quarter. The entire Celtics team managed just 10 points in the quarter with Kendrick Perkins leading the way with five points. The Celtics turned the ball over seven times in the third quarter alone.
