As of noon Saturday, the high bid on the Tedy Bruschi autographed football stands at $331.00.

Let me take a minute again to remind everyone the bidding concludes during Monday night’s SunTalk Live program from 7-8pm. The phone number for those who want to get in on the action is (978)364-TALK. Debbie Boda, the Tedy’s Team member who supplied the football will join us in studio to talk about the team’s efforts to tackle stroke.

I guess this would also be a good time to offer some advice for those involved in the auction. When you call in to the show Monday, the moderator will ask if you want to place a bid, participate in the show by asking a question, or just listen in on the fun. (We hope you choose to do all three!) You’ll then be placed back into the program where you can follow everything going on.

Here’s the catch; if you really want that football and you hear that your bid has been surpassed, you will have to hang up and dial in again to place a new bid. At some point late in the program, I will invite everyone interested in the football to place their final offer and give you one last chance to phone in again with that offer. At the conclusion of the program, we will announce the winning bid.
