Kinda weird, I just called Billerica Police while making my nightly calls to local police departments, and was unable to get a dispatcher on the telephone.

Granted it wasn't the 911 line, but there's no chatter on the scanner from Billerica, and I tried four times to get through to a dispatcher with no success. The phone just kept ringing.

I sure hope someone is in there!
