What can I say to add to the blissful beauty of these cinnamon cacao coasters fromTaza Chocolate? Does anyone realize one of the best chocolateirs is 25 miles from here? And they give free tours at will. I've known about this artisan cocoa king for years, but can never seem to find the tiny factory in the bowels of Somerville. Now I suspect I wasn’t trying hard enough. They are pushing these organic Mexicano discs for mother's day, but why should mom have all the fun? Market Street Market think about it. Now that quality, bitter chocolate (nice w/ coffee or green tea) is an antioxidant on par w/ acia and blueberries, more of these artisan cos. should be springing up. I’d like to see one in the Jam Area. Don’t laugh, it could happen. Last year I heard several food entrepreneurs whisper of a commercial kitchen slated for that zone. Wouldn’t that be great? Anyone have the goods on this? I’d blog live from the scene as bread, pasta, sauce and chocolate filled the air. Let a food revolution rise up from these gritty, industrial streets.
