What Im really excited about

mint%20julep.jpg Is Cobblestone's Spring Dins tomorrow night. Be the first to taste what the Dutton Street chefs are up to this season at this multi-course feast-a-thon.
The evening begins w/ a Kentucky Derby Cocktail reception, where mad hats are encouraged. Don't know if the mint juleps can rival those swilled by the seer-sucking dandys at Churchill Downs, but this is one bev. worth leaving the starting gate for.
Down your juleps w/ smoked southern ham and fresh melon and huhspuppy fritters. And that's just for starters. Im too hungry to blog on. This drool-worthy six- course extravaganza visits Oregon and California, where halibut fish tacos w/ Siracha-lime aioli make the scene paired w/ Four Vines naked chard. There's like 15 more courses, but it's almost lunch time ... It falls on April 1, but this is no joke.
