Hi. What a fine journal. But where is Lowell? Where is the Merrimak valley? I had to Google it to find out it was New Hampshire. Where is Lowell? Wikipedia doesn't show one in NH.
OK, the reason I'm asking is these sound like cool places. My daughter is inher last year at Culinary school, Art Institute in Houston. She will be able to go anywhere when she's done, with her Cajun Cuisine background and her chef schooling. I'm just excited to tell everyone, that's all.

I was ecstatic to find your blog! I live NW of Boston so most of these places are in my backyard. Good drinks in Ayer? You are just the investigator I need! Looking forward to checking out some of your finds. Lowell is a favorite spot so I'm glad to see all the coverage. (And to the commenter above - Lowell is in Massachusetts - about 30 miles NW of Boston - on the Route 495 belt.)

Let me know if I can ever help you find tea spots. That's my true love.

Hi GG -

Do you know of a place that serves great pies for dessert around Lowell? Would love to see a review by you sometime. I have been looking for pie for weeks.

Great blog!
JD
