The former reality TV star also asked the Berks County Court on Wednesday to review his child support obligation.

Gosselin's attorney, Anthony List, has previously accused Kate Gosselin of neglecting the children because she appears on ABC's Dancing with the Stars, a charge her attorney rejected as "patently false."

In court papers, Jon Gosselin says his ex-wife "abuses" her authority when it comes to scheduling visits with the kids. He also claims an arbitrator failed to require Kate to provide documentation of the children's expenses.

The Gosselins appeared on the TLC reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8 until their marriage fell apart last year. They divorced in December.

A judge also ordered the ailing actor-director to pay $12,000 a month in spousal and child support costs. The 73-year-old is battling prostate cancer and his attorney repeatedly described him during a hearing Monday as being "desperately ill."

The "Easy Rider" star did not attend the hearing, but his estranged wife, Victoria, and his adult children were present.

Judge Amy Pellman sternly admonished them to try to work together to ease the impact of Hopper's likely death on the couple's 7-year-old daughter.

The divorce has seen numerous allegations lobbed by both sides.

Hopper's attorney had argued that Victoria Duffy Hopper should not stay on the property because of the acrimony by both sides.

An Arizona judge issued a bench warrant Tuesday for the rapper after he failed to appear for a hearing on drug and weapons charges because he is serving jail time in New York.

A Yuma County Superior Court judge issued the warrant after the entertainer, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, failed to appear in court for a final trial management conference.

But Lil Wayne's attorney, James Tilson, said his client couldn't appear because he is already serving a one-year jail sentence for having a loaded gun on his tour bus. The rapper began serving that sentence March 8 at the Rikers Island jail complex.

Lil Wayne was arrested in January 2008 at a border checkpoint 78 miles east of Yuma after authorities say they found cocaine, Ecstasy and a handgun on his tour bus.

The 27-year-old rap star has been charged with one count each of possession of a narcotic drug for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, misconduct involving weapons and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He has plead not guilty to all the charges.

MYTV is having open call auditions for season 3 of the reality show "Iron Brides." The TV show will be conducting taped interviews at the Wedding Day Expositions Bridal Show from 11:30 a.m. till 3:30 p.m. The brides-to-be have to be engaged, at least 21-years-old and planning to marry after Aug. 28, 2010.

The eight chosen brides-to-be will begin taping episodes this summer for airing early in 2011.

Attorneys say San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman and T squared have settled dueling lawsuits.

Merriman was arrested by sheriff's deputies Sept. 6 after she accused him of battery and false imprisonment at his suburban San Diego home.

Prosecutors declined to charge Merriman but Tequila, whose real name is Tila Nguyen, filed a lawsuit that alleged the linebacker choked her. Merriman sued for international interference with a contract, claiming the controversy delayed a T-shirt business he was negotiating with Wal-Mart Stores Inc.

Neither party would disclose the terms of the settlement.

After rumors of drugs, an arrest, a canceled show and hospitalization for "exhaustion" the actress is now being sued by her landlord who says the actress is refusing to pay rent on her $7,000-a-month apartment in New York City.

Landlord M.R.A. Realties Inc. says in a lawsuit that Barton rebuffed efforts to collect the last three months' worth of rent on her flat in the trendy Tribeca neighborhood. The 23-year-old also lives in Los Angeles.

The lawsuit filed Thursday says her one-year lease on the Manhattan apartment began in September. At the time, she was in The Beautiful Life, a CW series about the New York modeling world. The show was canceled in September.
