Actress Sandra Bullock was blind sided by a bombshell this week..,Michelle "Bombshell" McGee that is.

The stripper/tattoo model revealed a little more than her rear this week when she proclaimed she had an affair with Sandy's hubby Jesse James.

Talk about bad timing. Bullock just won the Academy Award on March 7 for her performance in The Blind Side. James was in tears when she went on stage to accept the Oscar.

The tabloid reports of James' wandering eye and hands surfaced this week and Bullock subsequently canceled her London trip to promote the film. James apologized to his wife Thursday in a statement issued through his publicist -- CLASSY!

"It's because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way," he said. "This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them."

He added that "the vast majority of the allegations reported are untrue and unfounded," but offered no other details, saying, "Beyond that, I will not dignify these private matters with any further public comment."

James is the owner of West Coast Choppers and is known as a bad-boy since his days on reality TV show "Monster Garage."

Who knows why he went from America's Sweetheart to this tart, but at least Tiger Woods is grateful.

And you thought understanding some of Lil Wayne's lyrics was tough, try and get why a judge issued a warrant for the hip hop star while he was in jail?

An Arizona judge issued a bench warrant Tuesday for the rapper after he failed to appear for a hearing on drug and weapons charges because he is serving jail time in New York.

A Yuma County Superior Court judge issued the warrant after the entertainer, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, failed to appear in court for a final trial management conference.

But Lil Wayne's attorney, James Tilson, said his client couldn't appear because he is already serving a one-year jail sentence for having a loaded gun on his tour bus. The rapper began serving that sentence March 8 at the Rikers Island jail complex.

Lil Wayne was arrested in January 2008 at a border checkpoint 78 miles east of Yuma after authorities say they found cocaine, Ecstasy and a handgun on his tour bus.

The 27-year-old rap star has been charged with one count each of possession of a narcotic drug for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, misconduct involving weapons and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He has plead not guilty to all the charges.

Attorneys say San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman and T squared have settled dueling lawsuits.

Merriman was arrested by sheriff's deputies Sept. 6 after she accused him of battery and false imprisonment at his suburban San Diego home.

Prosecutors declined to charge Merriman but Tequila, whose real name is Tila Nguyen, filed a lawsuit that alleged the linebacker choked her. Merriman sued for international interference with a contract, claiming the controversy delayed a T-shirt business he was negotiating with Wal-Mart Stores Inc.

Neither party would disclose the terms of the settlement.

We think there might have been a little too much tequila for both that evening.

Well, Barbie may not have a brain, but she does have a heart. Jess is raising money to send shoes to earthquake victims in Haiti.

Simpson is joining forces with Nashville-based organization Soles4Souls. The charity has pledged to work with other aid agencies to give out one million pairs of shoes.

Ashlee's big sis said people should "do everything that we can for the victims in Haiti. Just five dollars will buy two people a pair of shoes." Not a pair from her line, even on the clearance rack.

The charity says Haitian survivors need shoes to protect against broken glass, twisted metal and raw sewage.

After rumors of drugs, an arrest, a canceled show and hospitalization for "exhaustion" the actress is now being sued by her landlord who says the actress is refusing to pay rent on her $7,000-a-month apartment in New York City.

Landlord M.R.A. Realties Inc. says in a lawsuit that Barton rebuffed efforts to collect the last three months' worth of rent on her flat in the trendy Tribeca neighborhood. The 23-year-old also lives in Los Angeles.

The lawsuit filed Thursday says her one-year lease on the Manhattan apartment began in September. At the time, she was in The Beautiful Life, a CW series about the New York modeling world. The show was canceled in September.

Actor George Clooney is asking all of his celebrity pals to participate in a world-wide telethon Friday night to collect donations which will benefit the relief effort in Haiti. A 7.0 earthquake rocked the island nation last Tuesday leaving people still buried and thousands in need of medical care.

Hope for Haiti will air on all of the MTV channels worldwide, along with ABC, NBC, CBS, CW, HBO and CNN this Friday, Jan. 22, from 8 to 10 p.m.

Clooney will host and the list celebrities set to appear grows daily. Robert Pattinson, Taylor Swift, Jay-Z, Bono, Zac Efron, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Wyclef Jean, Justin Timberlake and Alicia Keys, are already reportedly on board.
