Mark your calendars for April 15. Not only is it tax day, it’s the date when The Music As A Weapon Tour stops at the Tsongas Arena in Lowell. This year’s line up features Disturbed, Killswitch Engage, Lacuna Coil and Chimaira.

That’s not all. For the first time ever, the concert will be preceded by an outdoor festival. The fest starts at 2 p.m. on the arena grounds with a half pipe, performances on a second stage, a vendor village and a traveling pack of tattoo artists. If local ordinances allow, concert goers will be able to get some fresh ink before checking out the show at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $39.75 and go on sale Friday, Feb. 13 at 3 p.m. at the arena box office.
