Britney throwing stones

brit-brit__oPt.jpg
When Britney shows her flat belly...you know she is feeling better.

Miss Spears is gracing the cover of December's Rolling Stone looking much like her old self again. Brit tells the mag that her son has been running around dropping the F-bomb. She says, "Preston says the f-word now sometimes. He doesn't get it from us. He must get it from his daddy. I say it, but not around my kids."

Oh, that was a low blow at K-Fed. The pop princess and ex hubby Kevin Federline have two sons together. He better watch his mouth!

Madonna keeping busy

madonna-picture-1.jpg

Madonna isn't letting that little thing called "divorce" drag her down. The Madge said in an interview that her hectic work schedule, “provides a distraction that keeps me going.”

“I’m sad about my personal life, but I feel very blessed and very lucky that I have the opportunity to do what I do in my professional life,” Madonna said. “It would be horrible if I was just thinking about getting a divorce and had nothing to do.”

Last week, the Material Mom and her ex-hubby, Guy Ritchie, were granted a preliminary decree of divorce after eight years of marriage.

We're sure this is only a small bump in the road for Madonna.

A Bronx cheer!

ashlee-simpson-pete-wentz-e.jpg
Another (pop) star was born. Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Pete Wentz are the proud parents of a baby boy.

Their representative says the pop and rock star couple have named their son Bronx Mowgli. The baby, born Thursday night, weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces.

Bronx is the first child for Simpson-Wentz, best known for the hit “Pieces of Me,” and Wentz, bassist for the platinum rock band Fall Out Boy. They were married earlier this year.

Their representative said in a statement: “Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!”

Winona Ryder hospitalized in London

Winona_Ryder_651.jpg
Actress Winona Ryder was briefly hospitalized after falling ill on a flight to London’s Heathrow Airport Wednesday, her publicist said. Mara Buxbaum said the 37-year-old was taken to a west London hospital Wednesday “as a precaution” and had since been released.

“She’s fine now,” Buxbaum said. She declined to go into details of Ryder’s illness.

Hmmm...sounds like we are entering the spin zone. "Falling ill" is PR talk for something else.

British Airways said a flight from Los Angeles to Heathrow requested priority landing after a female passenger “required medical attention” and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Ryder has mostly stayed out of the headlines after her 2002 conviction for stealing several thousand dollars worth of merchandise from a Saks Fifth Avenue store in Beverly Hills. She had prescription drugs in her possession when she was arrested — but a drug charge was dropped after a doctor said he had prescribed the medication.

Maybe she popped a Xanax before boarding her flight. Any thoughts?

Britney to set the record straight

britney_spears8.jpg
As part of her comeback (part 3), Miss Britney Spears will be in a 90 minute documentary appearing on MTV. The show dubbed, "Britney: For The Record," has the fallen pop princess talking candidly about her life and her feelings.

The Britster tells the cameras in one clip: "There’s no excitement, there’s no passion. I have really good days, and then I have bad days. Even when you go to jail, y'know, there’s the time when you’re gonna get out. But in this situation, it’s never ending. It’s just like Groundhog Day every day."

Can't wait to see what she says about Justin, K-Fed, Sam and that guy from the hot tub.

Hannah Montana hacked to death

miley_cyrus.jpg
No need to grieve, tweens: Miley Cyrus is not dead.

The Hannah Montana star, who is alive and well, was the victim of an Internet hoax over the weekend when someone hacked into her YouTube account and posted a video alleging she’d been killed by a drunken driver.

The video, which has been taken down, had a fake message from Cyrus pal Mandy Jiroux, who swiftly denied the rumor in a posting on her official MySpace page.

Wrote Jiroux: “MILEY IS OK!! Some1 hacked our youtube account.”

How could they?!?!

Staind, Seether and Suds

staind.jpg

Can't shell out the $30-something bucks to see Staind, Papa Roach and Seether at the Tsongas Arena in Lowell tomorrow? Don't let the recession kill your buzz. Walk around the corner to the Brewery Exchange, where for $5 smackers you can chill with Staind and Seether.

The bands will perform an acoustic set before their concert that evening. Starting at 2 p.m., WAAF will host the Walk and Rock For Change Warm-Up Party. Mistress Carrie will be there broadcasting live.

Get this...the cover charge is only a suggested donation to benefit The Greater Boston, Worcester County and New Hampshire Food Banks. But, if you have enough moula to pay $4 a pop for BLs than you can donate to this cause.

The Pats aren't playing tomorrow, so there is no excuse to not get off that recliner this Sunday.

Sox in the sand

p1_pedroia.jpg
Ah...it's nice to see trees. We here at the Frosting took a brief jaunt to the desert. We are glad to announce we are back on the east coast enjoying the trees, fresh air and even the rain!

Celebrity sightings in Phoenix, Ariz. are like Dunkin' Donuts. There are none.

However, we did get some info from our waiter at a sports pub in the Sky Harbor International Airport. Just a few days earlier, Red Sox cutie Dustin Pedroia perched himself at the bar before boarding his flight. The American League MVP signed autographs and posed for pictures with adoring fans. Seems the borders of Red Sox Nation extend a lot farther than we thought.

Who have you bumped into on your travels?

Hef losing his magic?

amd_kendrahugh.jpg
For the second time in a month, Hugh Hefner was dumped! So much for his playboy status. Last month, he and “No. 1” girlfriend Holly Madison called it quits. She is now hooking up with magician Chriss Angel. Now, clearly the most annoying girl in his trio, Kendra Wilkinson, has left him for a football player.

Like we didn't see that one coming.

The Playboy mogul said in a statement Thursday that “The Girls Next Door” co-star is engaged to Philadelphia Eagles receiver Hank Baskett. The 23-year-old model-actress has lived with Hefner since 2004 and currently co-stars as one of his three girlfriends in the E! reality series.

“I have given her my blessing and will be giving her away at a very special wedding ceremony at the Playboy Mansion this coming June,” Hefner said.

Hef hasn't let the break-ups slow him down. He went out and got himself a set of twins to replace his two former gal pals. 19-year-olds Karissa and Kristina Shannon are currently living with Hefner.

Ex Hiller in trouble

080907_lc_400X400.jpg
Not all the lives of "The Hills" clique are fabulous. A jury says former “Laguna Beach” and brief Hiller Jason Wahler owes a tow truck driver $5,000 in damages for a confrontation more than two years ago.

The driver said Wahler punched him in the face and hurled racial slurs at him and other blacks during a fight in September 2006.

Wahler acknowledged testimony that he used racial slurs. Jurors rejected justifications by Wahler’s attorney that his client was defending his girlfriend and was too drunk to know what he was saying.

That's everyone's excuse! Be a little more creative Jason. No wonder L.C. dumped you.

Obama is my homeboy

kim_kardashian%20OiMH.JPG
Everyone has jumped on the Obama bandwagon.

Madonna celebrated Barack Obama’s victory Tuesday night with a glittering rally, leading thousands of fans at her concert in San Diego with a rousing introduction to her song “Express Yourself.”

Can she even vote? I thought she became a UK citizen when she adopted that horrible faux-Brit accent.

In a video posted on YouTube, Madonna claps her hands and declares, “This is a historical evening! ... We are lucky to be sharing it with each other!”

Oprah Winfrey cried during the celebration in Chicago’s Grant Park. We knew that was coming.

She told the TV show "The Insider": “I was so, so, so excited and then just sort of a calm came over me. It feels like it actually is kind of real, so it feels great.”

Of course Lindsay Lohan had to add her two cents. Reacting on her Myspace page, Lohan gushed, “OBAMA IS OUR PRESIDENT!” and said that everyone who voted, “no matter their choice ... should be proud for voting in the first place.”

I wonder if she voted...

We're still waiting for Paris Hilton's publicist to release a statement. And where is Diddy???
