Today is a big day!

We are waiting to get word on two court cases that are to be decided this morning.

First the Judge ruling over the circus in Florida will decide who Anna Nicole Smith’s body will be released to: her mother Virgie or her lover/lawyer Howard K. Stern.

Second, after Britney Spears recent wacky behavior, her ex and father of her two boys, Kevin Federline, has petitioned the court for an emergency custody hearing that is set to take place in Cali today.

There have been reports that the Britster attempted suicide twice within the past week and has checked herself in and out of rehab twice.

"I used to live in the same area as Britney for a while. I just want to scoop her up and give her a kiss. I hope she's all right. She's just had a new baby and stuff. I hope she can just enjoy it because it's an incredible thing. [And, I think] she looks good with her hair shaved off," Gwen Stefani told the media.
