Judge Larry Seidlin released Anna Nicole Smith's body to her daughter Dannielynn's court-appointed guardian, Richard Milstein.

In a joint announcement, Smith's lawyer/lover Howard K. Stern and ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead, said she will be laid to rest in the Bahamas next to her son, Daniel. Neither would comment on the on-going paternity suit over Dannielynn.

Finally Anna can now rest in peace. (We hope)
