The wait is over. Britney Spears filed divorce papers today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences" with her wanna-be rapper husband Kevin Federline.

Spears also asked for both legal and physical custody of the couple's two children, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James. She is waiving her right to spousal support and asking the judge that both parties pay their court costs.

Let’s hope she was smart enough to have a pre-nup.

The Britney and Fed-ex hoopla couldn’t have been more perfect timing for Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillipe. The couple’s divorce has quietly slipped under the celeb blog radar, but we expect the two wholesome blonde babes to keep it clean.

The high-paid actress filed papers yesterday citing irreconcilable differences and asked for joint custody of their two children.

I’m sure we won’t see Mr. Phillipe counter filing for custody in spite, like K-Fed.

Pamela Anderson’s publicist confirmed that she miscarried sometime last week. Poor Pam, first she loses here implants now a child. At least we know who the father was Kid Rock….or was he?

Lots of controversies are swirling around Hollywood this weekend. From Lindsay Lohan calling her BFF, Paris Hilton the C-word to the Fed-Ex threatening his ex Britney Spears with the release of their honeymoon sex tape, the celeb bloggers’ fingers are experiencing some cramping.

There are also rumors that serial womanizer, Jude Law and his fashion savvy gal-pal, Sienna Miller have split….for good this time. And everyone is getting ready for the TomKat wedding, which is supposedly taking place this Friday in Italy.

Can’t wait to see what happens as we get closer to the holidays. Remember Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey announced their separation the day before Thanksgiving last year!!!

Keep your fingers and your legs crossed, "Sex and the City" may soon be leaping onto the big screen. The four femme fatales could soon be sipping super-sized cosmos and clacking their heels in surround sound if they can clear up scheduling conflicts.

No word yet on when they would begin filming but we’re sure Sarah Jessica Parker will be thrilled to be part of a film that doesn’t flop at the box office. And we just hope that Samantha is still with the Absolut Hunk!

The newly single Britney Spears was spending time dancing, smoking, drinking and flirting in Vegas with her new gal-pal Hiltie. Things got so hot at Tryst at the Wynn, that the Britster was sans pants after a while, opting to show off her booty in fishnets.

Where was K-Fed? Better yet, where were her two sons?

Both soon-to-be divorcees issued a joint statement that the rumored video taken on their honeymoon does not even exist.

Either Lindsay Lohan is jealous that Paris and Britney Spears are new BFFS or she really is as crazy as people say she is.

The fiery red-head was thrown out of a party in the Hollywood Hills this past weekend after supposedly starting a fight with Hiltie and Spears. Lohan alleges the following:

"I'm saying this on tape. She hit me for no reason, apparently, at my friend's house. I didn't know she would be there and she hit me with a drink and poured it all over me. It hurts and it's not OK. I'm sorry for everyone who thinks I'm crazy but I'm just trying to act."

The heir-head’s spokesperson Elliot Mintz responded with the following statement:

"It's not true. At no time did Paris ever throw anything at Lindsay. At no time did Paris ever hit her, assault her, touch her or make any physical contact with her. This is really troubling and very disturbing. It's a very serious accusation when you say somebody hit them. I believe that a drink was thrown at Britney and Paris. I believe that harsh words were exchanged. But, in recent days and recent weeks, you will note that Lindsay has said some very disturbing and very unpleasant things about Paris. Some of those words I would not repeat. I'm sure she's a better person and a fine actress. This kind of ranting against Paris has to stop. Paris does not insult anybody. Paris does not call people names. She doesn't make false accusations. [This] is offensive to Paris. It might even be defamatory. This must stop."

Things got worse when the following day Lohan pulled up to Teddy’s in Hollywood blasting K-Fed’s new CD. The Britster was inside with her new gal-pal, Hitlon and Lohan ran her mouth the entire night evening about how she wouldn’t mind hooking up with the Fed-Ex.

Brit was heard encouraging her to "take him"!!!!

Sounds a bit like high school to me, don’t these ladies know it’s the holidays? Obviously they do because the three were spotted together at 5 a.m. this morning at a hotel in Beverly Hills.

In a move that could save what is left of her reputation, Britney Spears backed out of co-hosting the Billboard Music Awards with her BFF, Pairs Hilton.

Hiltie is still set to host this Monday in Las Vegas. No word yet if Brit will attend the show. Maybe she didn’t want to run into the Fed-Ex since he has made the Sin City his place of choice.

My prediction is Lindsay Lohan will step up and host the award show.

Lots of Hollywood arrests this week.

First poster boy for LA Looks gel, Frank Agnello, (Victoria Gotti’s son) was arrested for possession of prescription pills. Then SNL alum and 30 Rock star, Tracy Morgan was bagged for a DUI. Now Snoop Dogg was picked up for (can you guess?) possession of marijuana.

Must be a crack down on the mean streets of Bel Aire and the Hamptons. Watch out!
