Imagine the nerve?!? Lindsay Lohan was served with a court summons this weekend while walking the red carpet. The starlet is called to testify against her mother, Dina, of all people.
Mama Lohan is charged with fraud and theft in a music deal from 2002. Seems like were the ones duped into believing her daughter can sing. Maybe we should sue.
Wearing those cutoff jean shorts makes ya wonder how long before she does Playboy?

Many young stars seem to have parents sneaking away with the goods. It's due to the fact that the parents are usually ordinary untalented people who live in or near hollywood and get the money-crave that seems to consume the area. It starts with a bag, then a pair of shoes, then before you know it, they can't live without the 'green'.

Maybe if her Mum and her go broke with this lawsuit and then have to become regular working stiffs-they might turn into normal law abiding citizens? Boo hoo Lyndsay...no more late night partying.
